James has many years of practical hands-on experience in a variety of business environments.  Holding senior managment positions in a number of businesses for the last 13 years, James has an in depth understanding of business that very few coaches can claim.   James combines managerial experience in hospitality, agricultural, retail, clerical and human resources environments with formal qualifications including Diploma's in Business Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, NLP Master Practitioner, Time Line Therapy Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.  Currently about to commence her qualification as an NLP Trainer, James's passion for learning ensures that her knowledge is current and relevant to Australian and world business environments.
